Kindermusik Birthday Celebrations

We'll make your party memorable and unique with a full hour of musical fun and entertainment.

Fifteen minutes of Exploration and Free Play with instruments sets the stage for the next 30 minutes of
exciting activities. Instrument exploration, instrument play-alongs, creative movement, storytime, and circle
dances are all among the many wonderful activities that at your child's party. There's even a FREE GIFT
for the birthday child!

So . . . set the date, check out the birthday party package info below, and contact us to schedule or to find
out more.

Attendance and Recommended Ages
 

We recommend having no more than 10 children in attendance at the party.  We can accommodate for
extra children, at $5 per child, with a maximum of 15 children.  A Kindermusik Birthday Party is best suited
for children between the ages of 6 months and 7 years and their adult caregiver(s).

Adult Participation

We will invite EVERYONE to get involved, no matter WHAT your age!!

• For children and guests ages 1 to 3, there must be one actively participating adult with each child.

• For children over the age of 3, adult participation is encouraged, but optional. We do ask that at least one
adult be present and available for every 5 children in attendance.

 

What Comes First?

Plan to start your party with Kindermusik. Food, toys, and gifts should come out after the educator leaves.
You might even choose to do a Musical Craft with the children afterwards. (A quick internet search on
"homemade instruments" can give you lots of ideas.)

Party Location

We come to you!! You find the place to hold the party—at a community center, clubhouse, your church—
anywhere suitable to accommodate a group of children having FUN! We'll bring the instruments, props,music, and the entertainment. If you are planning on using an area in your home, please move the
furniture around to help create a large open space and remove all toys from that area. We'll bring all
necessary items for the activities.

The most successful Kindermusik Parties are held indoors in a large room with open floor space and as few
distractions (such as food, toys, and other activities) as possible. NOTE: The space must be large enough
for all in attendance to sit and stand in a circle as well as to move around freely.

Scheduling

Parties are scheduled on DEMAND! Just let me know when you'd like me to be there. Parties begin and end
promptly as scheduled. We need at least 2 weeks notice to make sure the party fits on our calendar.

The Birthday Party Package

Come sing, play, move, enjoy Story Time and much more! The fun just doesn't stop! Does your child have
favorite Kindermusik activities? Let us know—the educator will incorporate some of your child's favorites for
his/her special day. Also, we are able to customize our activities to your chosen theme.

 

Package includes:
        45 minutes of musical fun led by a certified Kindermusik educator

        Gift for the Birthday Child!

        1 musical instrument (example: shaker, bells, harmonica) + a downloadable playlist

PAYMENTS:  Please include your Kindermusik Birthday non-refundable deposit of $60 or full amount of $110 + $5/child ($170 for 12 kids). The remainder balance (if only paying deposit) is due upon receipt at the birthday party. Each child attending will leave with an instrument & downloadable playlist ($5 value/child!).
